Top 10 - Priority Lists
Humans love priority lists. The are easy to read and digest and give you the feeling that you are free from doing the tedious work of analysing a subject in depth. No doubt, priority lists are great things. In a project you need them to distinguish the important from the very important and the less important topics. But beware: a sequence makes also sense if the elements have really a priority over each other.

Having a list leads into a psychological bias: most people read the top three from a list and consider the rest as not worth considering. Discrimination important and not important things, good and bad solutions are good things. But they need to be packed in a class together and within a class there should be no further hierarchy .
